  Ok - so I am rating this property a 3, as if this were a hotel I would be equivalent to a 3-3.5 star hotel. The condo itself was clean, pretty much same as the pictures. Needs some TLC - but overall nice. It’s very small. We are a family of 5 - 2 teen boys and a girl. That’s my fault though for not realizing that 500 sq ft would be very tight for us - The Murphy bed and pull out couch were great additions however they only come with a fitted sheet and a top sheet - no extra blankets or pillows. Of course we did take pillows and blankets off of the other beds and it worked just fine. The bathroom is very very small. The kitchen we only used for the refrigerator and coffee maker-and it worked just fine for what we needed. The facility itself is maybe a little “mediocre” there’s no laundry facility onsite - (I wish I would’ve researched that more) and it’s seems like the different condos attract different levels of clientele. The pools don’t seem to get cleaned very often (we were there 9 days) and saw them cleaning it one time. If this is the best place that fits your budget or if you aren’t or looking for 5 star amenities and luxury - this is your place. Again, it was clean and no bugs and that’s a huge plus for me. The host was extremely fast at communicating and answered all questions quickly. My review in part is also due to the fact that we were there with a large dance group - I was able to see where others stayed for about the same amount of money and the different higher class facilities they had and more amenities and space. Again- more my fault for maybe not researching as thoroughly as I should have. All in all this place isn’t bad at all - middle of the line with a a great view. We did have younger people next to us that partied and had loud music most nights. We were out late and it didn’t really bother us- but just as info- the building definitely has a random assortment of people staying there. Again hosts were great communicators and also let us have a late check out which was much appreciated.

  - We're sorry if the condo's size caught you by surprise. As part of our commitment to transparency, we do specify that it's 500 sq ft in our listing, so our guests can determine before booking if it suits their needs.
  - The blankets and pillows for the Murphy bed and sofa beds are available in the cabinet unit under the TV or in the open closet space within the same room.
  - We apologize for any inconvenience regarding laundry facilities. While the welcome book outlines nearby options, we'll ensure the listing is updated for clarity moving forward.
  - Considering your stay coincided with the bustling 4th of July weekend, it might have been noisier than usual. Rest assured, the building management enforces noise restrictions, not permitting disturbances beyond 11 pm.
  - The pool is maintained by the HOA, and we don't have direct control over it. Given the holiday weekend, a higher volume of visitors likely contributed to challenges in maintaining its pristine condition.
