  • Nice Home but a Few Issues


    When we arrived the home was not cleaned. The owner was very apologetic and the management company assisted in getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. There was almost a 6 hour delay in the time from check-in to the point where the home was finished being cleaned. This was very much appreciated, but it was still a big inconvenience. The toilet in the master bathroom was shaky and loose so we did not use that restroom with exception of the shower, limiting our group to one complete bathroom instead of two. The management company instructed us to contact the local contact and inform them of the issue, but it was not resolved. We've stayed in this location twice prior and did not have any issues. Hopefully all will be resolved in the future.

  • Good but not great


    The apartment was really nice and was close to a lot of things such as broadway at the beach. We were there for a basketball tournament in July at the convention center. Ground level apartment with easy access. Quiet community with a few pools. Golf course right out back but there was a TON of mosquitoes out front and back.

    Cleaning/maintenance crew was TERRIBLE! There was 1 small garbage can in the kitchen with only 1 bag in the apartment. We stayed there a week and would have to walk all the way to the end of the complex to empty daily. I asked housekeeping to bring more TWICE. Both times they "claimed" they left on the front door knob but this was a complete lie! They must have been out of town or something and was lying about bringing them. We also informed them in the main bathroom the tub was dirty and not cleaned. The dryer knob was off and you couldn't use it, there also wasn't an iron. I received a call from the owner on the last day to say they were delivering a new dryer but we had checked out early to start the long drive.

    Something that was a pain is this apartment has a key opposed to electronic entry. That was beyond frustrating having to keep up with two house keys that were not mine. It is 2022, that needs to be changed to a numbers pad. It was also very difficult to retrieve the keys from the lockbox.

    Overall, the place was great and would reccomend, the biggest issues are with the maintenance/management company. The non electronic entry was also extremely annoying.

    The place was clean, and safe overall. There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom had twin beds. There is a shared parking lot for the entire complex which holds several buildings but parking was never an issue. There are plenty of spaces for everyone. We were rarely home and always found front door parking when we came in.

    My family of 5 recently stayed at this property. The VRBO listing shows a washer/dryer in the unit. Upon arrival, there was no dryer. The unit had 1 extra trash bag, 1 extra roll of toilet paper, no extra linens or blankets, the tv in the second bedroom did not work, the blinds in the secondary bedroom would not lower, the vertical blinds in the living room are stuck flat & constantly fall upon moving the blinds. The unit is in a good location to local attractions & the beach, a great location to the neighborhood pool, I& it’s a quiet building. That being said - this unit photographs well, but is really different in person. Should you decide to book this unit - you may need to check with the management company about what the unit has & does not have to make your stay more enjoyable. For our family - we would not stay here again.
