Wonderful Lake Vacation
5/5 What a great property and house! The lot is bigger than others I've seen on Lake Murray and having the yard, sandy area, and fire pit right next to the lake was awesome.
The star of the house is the view! The windows in the living room makes you feel like you're outside
There aren't a lot of close restaurants, but we chose to stop by the grocery store on the way in and eat our meals at the house. We did venture out for Mexican at San Jose once less than 10 minutes away that is also set on the lake and while small has a decent amount of room inside.
The house is on a dirt road, so we didn't take advantage of the bikes offered, but once you're there there's really no reason to leave!
There were plenty of bath and beach towels offered. The kitchen and pantry are well stocked (only suggestion would be a toaster).
We felt right at home. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay and will likely book again! My seven year old asked to go back every break! :)

Lake house Getaway
5/5 Overall the house was perfect for our family vacation! Communication with the owners were quick and helpful. For ones with boats, the ramp is accessible, a little narrow, but I was able to unload and load my 22’ pontoon. Made it so much better not having to coordinate taking the pontoon to the nearest landing. The house was big enough for my family and my brothers family. The kitchen/dining/livingroom being open was great to be able to take care of things and keep eyes on the little ones. Only thing I saw that needs attention would be having pest control do a thorough spray of the house for critters and cleaning the mess from them, but I know being beside a lake, insects is a norm haha. Definitely would stay again if we stay on the lake again. Thanks for having us!
