Great for a family with grade school age kids
4/5 Very clean and nicely decorated! The walk to the beach was a little longer than I would have liked, but not a difficult walk. Also, not enough seating in the living room, but we realized this ahead of time, so I purchased some small folding seats for my kids use in the living room.
