  This rental is great for the price! It’s a little walk to the beach but not long. The condo had everything you needed as a guest. Would recommend.

  My husband and I stayed for 5 days and loved every minute! The property was just what we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable! The pool area was lovely! The onsite restaurant/tiki bar was perfect and super convenient! We plan to stay again in the future!

• Terrible communication and fully disappointed

  I rented this vrbo and my plans had to change due to an emergency trip that came up. I contacted the host 1 week prior and never received a message from the host. I did receive a message from Evolve (I assume the management company) that they would have the host contact me. Nothing! I then contacted them since I never heard back and to let them know we would try to use 1 night so we didn't miss out on the rental. Still, no response. Ultimately, we were unable to make it on the trip. I understand I cancelled past the date to get a refund. However, I reached out to them AGAIN after the weekend and asked if maybe they could refund the cleaning fee as the condo was never entered into/used/checked into/etc. CRICKETS!!!!! It would be nice to get responses to my messages at least. And I really don't see why I would have to cover the cleaning fee when I'm sure they didn't have the condo cleaned since it was never checked into.

  I hate to give this condo a 1 star for everything, but I had to put stars on all categories to fill a review out. Hard to know the cleanliness/check in process/etc when I was never there!

  - After reviewing the details of your stay with Evolve, we can confirm that records show you reached out through the Vrbo messenger app, and a reply was sent to your personal email address. It seems, however, that you may not have seen these emails, as they were not reflected in the Vrbo messenger thread you referenced in your review. We completely understand how this could have caused confusion.
  - Evolve did not receive a response to their email, so it was assumed that you would proceed with the stay as planned, which led to the request being closed. We are sorry that this process caused further frustration, especially when you were unable to make the trip.
  - Regarding the cleaning fee, even though the property was not physically entered, the cleaning service is scheduled in advance of each stay, whether the guest arrives or not. That said, we genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
  We hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future and wish you all the best.

  Overall condo is great. Exactly as described. Great for family getaway for our family on Labor Day weekend. Everything was accessible by walking or biking. Restaurants on premises. Only negative thing we have to say about the condo is that one of the bathroom shower curtains had mold. We would rent again.

• Little beach treasure

  Comfy and beautiful apartment. Perfect for a trip to the beach with family or friends.

  Small 2 bedroom space, with everything that you need. 5 minutes walking to the beach.

  Olga is great with communicating and every body at the condo is kind and helpful. We loved our time!
