  I’m not a pleasant stay at all too many shortcomings

  The contact person for our stay was nonexistent. I emailed her several days in advance and she responded the day of check in. I also emailed her the day of check in to show her photos of how unclean the condo was. Never heard back from her. Would not stay here again. There is layers on layers of dust everywhere. The bathrooms were not cleaned well either. Stains on the towels. Stains on the shower curtains. Hot water was not guaranteed. This condo definitely needs some upgrades.

  - We're sorry for the lack of communication from your contact person. The manager's response was not up to our standards, and we are in the process of changing management to ensure better responsiveness and accountability.
  - We take cleanliness very seriously and regret that the condo was not cleaned to our usual standards. We have addressed this with our cleaning team to prevent future occurrences.
  - The stained towels and shower curtains are unacceptable. We will replace these items immediately to ensure they meet our high standards.

  I enjoyed my stay there at the Hilton Head Resorts. My room was clean. I loved the location of the resort. It is an easy walk to the beach and many good restaurants within a few miles. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Even though the place was smaller than expected, I liked it. The only issues I had was that the tv in the master bedroom would not connect, I called the person that was suppose to help me and she said that she would contact the owner and call me back, I never heard from her again. The refrigerator would not get very cold and the freezer would not freeze, also had a problem opening and closing one of the freezer doors, but I did have a nice time.

  The condo was clean and bed was very comfortable.
