We booked this home for my son's graduation from boot camp. We had 9 family members with us and there was room for everyone. Amy was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We grilled on the deck and there were stores within minutes from the home. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but the time we did was comfortable. The beds and showers were great and the home was spacious.
Amy had it stocked with snacks and even coffee, tea, and creamer when we arrived, which was very thoughtful.
For other families considering this home for graduation: allow plenty of drive time to get to base. It's approx. 45 minutes-1 hr drive, and the drive isn't bad, but at certain times traffic can be heavy. We left about 4:30am for the Moto Run, and 6am for graduation. Security check line on base is long, be prepared. But you only have to go through that twice.
Nice home with tons of space. Shades and fans are needed in master and back family room when the afternoon sun hits. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals and live the little extras left out.

This home has plenty of “hang out” space and made for a great weekend! It appeared the Dock area may be undergoing some work, as we had no path to the space it was covered by heavy downed brush. But the deck was a nice option. The home has everything needed to enjoy some down time!

Great space to hang out- plenty of seating areas so you don’t feel on top of one another. Beds are super comfy, too!! The back porch and pool table were a hit. A little bummed that we had no access to the dock or water, as this was one of the reasons we rented this particular house, it seemed to be under “improvements” a heads up would have been nice. But over all it was a great stay!
Oh very well stocked with everything you need too. :)
Perfect for a short stay for the RBC
