Just what we needed
5/5 The house was wonderful! Very clean, super close to the beach, beach toys available for use as well as bikes. Balcony and private patio available with access to grill. Walking distance to beach and not a far drive for shopping. Will definitely book again if available for next trip!
Comfortable Townhome with Short Walk to the Beach
5/5 This was a great 2BR, two level townhome that had everything you could want for the beach - chairs, coolers, shovels, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, sports balls and even a pump to fill them up. The walk is easy if you pack light but a moderate distance if you're packing up for a full day with kids. The fold-up beach wagon provided was a HUGE lifesaver for this though. The kitchen had everything we needed (though admittedly we didn't cook) and the W/D helped with damp towels and bathing suits. The pool was right across the parking lot, clean and refreshing. The back patio was a touch overgrown but that's being nit-picky and about the only flaw. The host was fantastic to work with - very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. All in all, we would rent this unit again and recommend it as a place to stay to family and friends. Thanks for a great weekend at the beach!
Dirty - you can find better
1/5 This property was dirty, grimy, and in need of a deep clean. We also saw two roaches. Please DO NOT book this one if you care about cleanliness rental. The air filters looked like that hadn't been changed in years. Property was very damp and musty feeling. Overall just gross.

Hi Megan, the homeowners were surprised by your review, as they have not had any complaints since switching cleaning services earlier this year.
- They assured us that the home was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival, and no issues were found.
- The entire complex is treated monthly for pests, and recent guests have not reported seeing any sort of bugs.
- The homeowner changes the air filter regularly, and this was just done in May.
- They also let us know that there has never been an issue with dampness in the unit, even on humid days.
We are confident that future guests will find this home clean and comfortable!Great location!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay! Great location near beach and restaurants and shopping. The place felt beachy inside, with a comfy king bed and very clean! We enjoyed board games and used grill to cook great meals. Piggly wiggly has fresh seafood walking distance. We got to walk everyday. Thank you!

Great condo...Great vacation!
5/5 This condo was very neat & beautifully furnished and was well equipped with everything we could possibly want or need for our beach vacation! This condo had lots of closet/storage space for our clothes. There was a wagon to carry all of our beach stuff on our 10 minute walk to the beach. There were beach chairs, beach toys & numerous beach towels for our use. The patio had very comfortable furniture and a gas grill. This condo complex had a beautiful pool with comfortable lounge chairs & the pool was well maintained. This condo is close to many restaurants and Coligny Plaza's many shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to rent this unit again!
