Our listing advertises a clear "No Events, Parties or Large Gatherings" policy, which you knowingly violated to throw a graduation event. Based on this, Evolve and the owners find it incredibly disheartening to see this low rating based on your violation of our house rules.

    Perfect for us! College graduation so family and friends enjoyed the house, pool and lake. We were able to relax and have fun with newly graduated thru grandparents. Very happy would definitely go back if we’re in Greenwood again

    -Our Guest Contact reached out to you around the time of your check-in, inviting you to call if you had any concerns. However, they did not receive any communication regarding issues during your stay.

    -Regarding the furniture, it was all newly purchased three years ago when we opened Copper Tone. We strive to make our home as comfortable and inviting as possible for our guests and hope the furnishings will continue to provide comfort for years to come.

    We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work towards enhancing the guest experience.
