We enjoyed the place overall
3/5 Not as private as could be, houses dotted the street on both sides of the road, whereas our booking impression was that it would be more "cottage-private." Didn't like the minimal-to-no window coverings/privacy. Nice handy fire-pit outside. Grill was missing any grill brushes/tools. Plenty of room for four adults. Bar chairs are too bumpy for most to sit in (wicker swelling on seats). Plenty of cookery. Nicely laid out for a rectangular small home. Central AC apparently busted prior to our arrival, and wasn't completely working upon arrival. Cooler nights helped, and door-propping, and the larger bedroom's wall AC worked good (not the living room one though). We'd stay again, but would prefer a different onsite Contact....she was less than communicative and customer oriented, borderline grumpy you could say. Owner we spoke w/ in emails, who is out of State, was very friendly and communicative and pleasant.

- We strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience which is why we were surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback.
- Prior to your stay we communicated by email as you expressed concerns about privacy. I explained the house was not close to any others and even sent you aerial shots of the land and the home to provide you with a clearer vision of the home and the location of the neighboring homes. You indicated your concerns had been appeased at that point. I also informed you that the AC unit had broke and that I replaced it with a window unit, but we're truly sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.
- We were very upset to hear that our contact was not accommodating, we're uncertain of the details, however, we will follow up to ensure that future guests do not share the same experience.
- We were not aware that the grill brush was missing but will replace it as soon as possible, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Well appointed cabin

Great Place To Stay
5/5 I was in town for work and stayed here for a week. We liked it so much, we secured it for a other two weeks (the remainder of my tine working in the state). Its so quiet and comfortable out here. It truely is a home away from home. This home is perfect for families with toddlers as well!

Cozy Quiet Country Cottage
5/5 We had a wonderful stay here for 10 days for a Furman graduation plus vacation. Very comfortable cottage in a great location - quiet woodsy setting but close to everything including downtown Greenville only 10 minutes away. I will definitely stay here again.
