Beautiful Mariners Cay!
5/5 My husband and two children really enjoyed our stay in Mariners Cay. The condo was well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. Amy was a wonderful host and was available to help when we had an issue with the tv in the living room. Mariners Cay is buzzing with life and very active. There were a family of geese we saw everyday, ducks, marsh hen, egrets and many other types of birds. The river view from the porch is amazing. We enjoyed watching dolphins, pelicans, and various water activities. On the dock we saw a stingray in the water, a beautiful sunset, and during low tide my kids caught little shrimp with their nets. The pool was pleasant and never too crowded. Folly Beach is very close and we enjoyed the laid back feeling of Folly. We would definitely stay in Amy’s condo again.

5/5 The condo is beautiful, the view is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee in the mornings and saw dolphins every day! We sat on the balcony at night and watched the water and stars. We loved it and plan on coming back!

3/5 Nice location, great view. Several new upgrades, furniture, shower, bathroom vanities. Overall however, bugs everywhere ( including in the digital panel in the stove) . Owner did offer exterminator to come by. The stove was filthy, the outside lid of the garbage had dried food/ fluid remnants on it. The coffee pot had dried coffee grounds that had mold growing on them. The keurig was half full of water in the reservoir, making us question how long it had been there. The “bug problem” probably has a lot to do with the poor cleaning.
Smart tv was present, however no cable. Didn’t matter, remote didn’t work secondary to corroded batteries.
Overall, very disappointed in the accommodations, but enjoyed the Capital One tennis !
