  Overall the house was nice. Some small stains on the carpet throughout the house but overall the house was clean. The middle bedroom only had one pillow and some small throw pillows that looked old. Luckily there was only one person in that bedroom if not there wouldn’t have been pillows. We were accommodated with early check in which was great. There was WiFi issues when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. We were also happy that the air conditioning was on when we arrived which was a huge plus since it was so hot out. Would have liked if there were some paper towels in the house.

• Great stay

  This was a perfect house to share with family, conveniently located, clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. We had some problems with the A/C and the house has a few little things that need attention, but the property manager was very helpful and responsive in fixing the issues. We would stay again the next time we come to Conway.

• Graduation trip

  House needs a little TLC but worked for our visit. Close to downtown Conway. Property Management company was very responsive including answering a text after 9 pm on night we checked in. they also volunteered to send cleaning crew back when my son thought he forgot something with a lot of sentimental value. Luckily, we found it before they had to send crew out.

• Nice Home in Quiet Neighborhood

  This house was perfect for our needs and location to activities that we were interested in. Only gave 4 stars because there's a photo listed of the back of the house with a grill so we expected a grill but now when I look back at the amenities a grill is not listed. There were no dish clothes or dish towels, no sponges and no paper towels. If we knew ahead of time we would have brought our own. We ended up buying sponges. There were a few pots for cooking but no large flat pan so we purchased a disposable flat tin pan for cooking chicken breasts. The battery to the smoke detector was dying so it started beeping every 30 seconds at 2:00am. I notified the woman and 2 people came later that day to replace the battery. The alarm randomly beeped a couple of times and read check garage. We just hit an override button and it stopped. Other then that it was a nice place to stay.
