  A/C did not work very well. Hard sleeping when it’s too hot inside. Washer worked well, but the dryer didn’t dry the clothes after 3 hours. Very limited on cooking utensils. The property manager did try to fix issues, but failed. Very disappointed.

  Owner's response: "Arthur, We work hard to provide a comfortable place for our guests to stay, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
  
  - We ask all our guests to adhere to the guidelines required for the use of the AC. When this is not worked correctly it causes issues like freezing up the unit and then you don't have AC. We noticed you set the AC to 60 degrees when you got there and then you were in and out the door consistently so the house was not allowed to cool off and the AC worked overtime. We did send an HVAC technician out and they assessed the unit was working and the temp was 72 degrees. We asked if you wanted to leave because you said it was still too hot and you said you would stay.
  - We do not supply pots and pans but there are some available in the unit for your use.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

• Cozy House

  Overall the house was nice. Some small stains on the carpet throughout the house but overall the house was clean. The middle bedroom only had one pillow and some small throw pillows that looked old. Luckily there was only one person in that bedroom if not there wouldn’t have been pillows. We were accommodated with early check in which was great. There was WiFi issues when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. We were also happy that the air conditioning was on when we arrived which was a huge plus since it was so hot out. Would have liked if there were some paper towels in the house.

• Great stay

  This was a perfect house to share with family, conveniently located, clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. We had some problems with the A/C and the house has a few little things that need attention, but the property manager was very helpful and responsive in fixing the issues. We would stay again the next time we come to Conway.

• Graduation trip

  House needs a little TLC but worked for our visit. Close to downtown Conway. Property Management company was very responsive including answering a text after 9 pm on night we checked in. they also volunteered to send cleaning crew back when my son thought he forgot something with a lot of sentimental value. Luckily, we found it before they had to send crew out.
