CCU Family Weekend
5/5 This was the perfect property for our vacation to see our daughters for family weekend at Coastal Carolina University. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. The bathroom situation was a little quirky. But we made it work! The check-in process was very easy. I felt like we were in a very safe part of town. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was very nice to have coffee and creamer available for us. I highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable Stay at Conway Duplex
4/5 Overall, my stay at the Conway Duplex was quite pleasant. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful amenities like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The neighborhood is charming, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
The property owner, who lives on-site, was readily available for communication and assistance, which was very helpful. I also appreciated the gated shared backyard, which allowed my dog to play safely without the risk of running away. The only drawback was the inability to adjust the thermostat. If you’re comfortable with a constant temperature of 75°F during the summer, this should not be an issue. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay.

5/5 Came down for the weekend to help pack up our sons from CCU. Great home - wonderful host. Will definitely stay again
