Lived up to description
4/5 Location rating is only because of condition of neighborhood, otherwise would be a 5-star
House has some minor problems (i.e. upstairs bathroom drain clogged).
Communication with owner never happened, no need. Rating requires entry.
House has many levels, many of them only 2-3 inches. Proved to be a problem for me due to age (80+) and restricted mobility.

A hodge-podge of tripping hazards and rusted cars.
3/5 There was plenty of room for everyone in our party to have space to chill and relax. The property is located on an unpaved dirt road, with abandoned and rusted vehicles, and roosters to serenade you all day. The home is not wheelchair accessible and the first levels (there are many weird steps and stairs on the "ground" floor) have tripping hazards. Pay close attention to the transitions between rooms and the ground floor toilet requires a step up to access. The cleaning could have been better. The beds were rather uncomfortable (maybe I'm just old). Also, keep the gate closed... there's bears out in them thar woods.

Good space
3/5 Nice space for everyone to spread out. House had room for everyone but a little difficult for my elderly guests to move freely from room to room due to floors having uneven areas that would be a tripping hazard for them.

Sketchy Location
3/5 The house is located in a very sketchy location and on a dirt road with mud holes...don't take a clean car. We were a little concerned with our safety. The house is full of tripping hazards. The kitchen is not very well equipped and the range had some issues...be careful with that. The toaster did not work.
