• Adjacent to a major airport!

  Property was located directly behind major airport. Not exactly a relaxing place to hear UPS, FedEx, United Air jets taking-off at night / in morning. Also, back deck and chairs are covered in bird droppings, and awning was torn and could not (and didn't) move it out further.

  Hi Mark, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The property listing does state that the home is conveniently located close to the T.F. Green International Airport, but we’re sorry if this caught you off guard. We understand that the proximity to the airport might affect people differently.
  - We haven't received similar complaints from our neighbors or other guests, but we respect your sensitivity to noise. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - We strive to maintain the cleanliness of the property, but being that the home has birds living in the area, this natural environment can present challenges, although we clean the deck periodically.
  - We also provide paper towels and disinfecting wipes for guests' use but we would’ve been happy to send out our cleaning crew if you’d contacted us during your stay.
  - Regarding the awning, we do acknowledge the small area that needs to be repaired. While it doesn't affect the awning's functionality, we have hired experts to inspect it right away.
  - We hope you enjoyed the positive aspects of your stay, such as the peaceful view of the water and the various amenities we offer guests, such as kayaks, a paddle board, foosball, and a fully equipped kitchen.
  - While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that similar issues were not reported by our guests who did leave us positive reviews. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!
