  The owner of the property was super nice and responsive, she lives 2 houses down which is very convenient. The house had everything we needed, nice location, good size for 2 people, bedroom a great size, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Newport and other RI sites.The negatives: the sliding door needs to be replaced, hard to access the deck. The house could have been cleaner considering the cleaning fees charged. Its a cute, nicely decorated house and it should be easy enough to keep clean! The back yard is very small, and not very attractive despite being on the water, the kayaks need to be replaced, were unusable.

  - You noted the home could have been cleaner - please let us know any specific areas that need improvement so we can address them properly. Our cleaners work hard to make the space spotless for each new guest.
  - We agree the kayaks are due for replacement and will be upgrading those soon based on your feedback. As for the backyard, trees have been trimmed and the pavers and furniture keep the space functional, though we understand it may not be as attractive as hoped.
  - The sliding door is on our list to replace, and we apologize it made deck access difficult. • Nice quiet spot

  We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a beautiful view of the bay that is sooo relaxing.

  We stayed for a long weekend and the place was perfect. Everything we needed was there. It was clean and very cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The views from the deck were great. The sheets and towels were nice quality not cheap. We enjoyed our stay.

  All good. Clean house. Nice neighborhood and beautiful scenery in the back. My only concern was the sliding glass door was really hard to open and close, and the first time I closed it, I got stuck outside! Otherwise, would recommend.
