  Comfortable home. We enjoyed it, but had a few issues, which are following.The heat was ON in the house in JULY! The house was a furnace for hours until the house manager to close the HEAT in the electricity box. House needs a much stronger AC in the living room, to reach the kitchen and middle room. The kitchen is unbareably hot, the middle room can be cooled if the AC is stronger. It must have AC. The summer heat will not be tolerated in the house otherwise.The kitchen electricity kept tripping, shutting the fridge and oven. It was awful. The bathroom has no ventillation. The fridge was NOT cold enough. We raised the temp to coldest because the recommended temperature was not cooling our drinks. Electricity tripped.The back door's track needs to either be fixed or oiled- really difficult to open and close the porch door.A long mirror (even cheap one from Walmart/Target) will be helpful for people who rent in the house. The house rents for 12 people but the kitchen table is not large enough to seat everyone. People want to eat meals together. At least have a 6 ft folding table and 6 folding chairs in the garage available.Cotton bedding is a better option, especially since the house did not cool off in the heat and humidity.Front lawn is unkept. Maybe mow the lawn more often to give the house a neater look.The backyard is a mess of broken trees. It's a nicer presentation if it is neat.There is no patio furniture for the back porch.

  - Following the recommendations provided by this guest, we promptly checked the house. It appears that the thermostat in the kitchen had been inadvertently turned on, possibly by accident. Rest assured, we've ensured that the heat is functioning correctly, and the air conditioning in the living room effectively cools the house to a comfortable level.
  -Concerning the bathroom ventilator, we can confirm that it is in proper working condition and provides adequate ventilation.
  -The kitchen door had indeed slipped off track, but please know that this is being promptly addressed and fixed.
  -In response to your suggestion, a 6ft folding table has been thoughtfully added to the kitchen, and it's versatile enough for use both indoors and out on the patio. Additionally, wooden seats have been placed on the patio to enhance its comfort and usability.
  -We appreciate your thoughts on the lawn. It's worth noting that the lawn had been mowed just a week prior to your stay. Upon your arrival, it might have seemed slightly longer, but please be assured that it's maintained on a biweekly basis by our diligent maintenance crew.
