• The property outside was dirty

  The house inside was nice. Outside was not appealing at all. Paint chipped off the back porch banister, mold on the outdoor chairs, grass not cut and up over our ankles, front stoop was high and no banister to assist with elderly. Lake access meant a 4 minute drive, not on their property.

  -The guests were disappointed because they had the impression that the lake was directly on the property. However, the listing clearly describes the property’s layout and location, including the distance to the lake. We always encourage guests to thoroughly review all details provided in the listing to ensure that the property aligns with their expectations before booking.
  -The lawn was mowed just three days before the guests' arrival, making it unlikely that the grass would have grown significantly in such a short period. We regularly maintain the property to ensure it’s in the best possible condition for our guests, and we monitor the lawn's upkeep closely to prevent any overgrowth.
  -Additionally, the wood throughout the property is in good condition, with no signs of chipping or damage. We take pride in maintaining the quality of our cabin’s features and regularly inspect the property to ensure everything meets our standards.

  I was skeptical about booking this house because it had no reviews but my stay here was amazing! The house looked just like the pictures, actually more spacious than it seems. Bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with essentials. The house was clean when I arrived. Everything about the house was pretty much perfect. The host/owner, Rosie, was quick to respond to my questions before & during my stay.

  My only issue was with the community lake and pools, they were pretty much full. If you plan on using the amenities of the community I recommend going early on in the day or planning activities outside the community.

  Overall great experience!
