  The house is huge that can accommodate more than 20 people. There are plenty of recreational games so you will not feel bored during downtime hours. The property backyard is huge, you can have bon fire at the backyard.

  The place is located on a highway and about 3 miles to the Tobyhanna State Park. It's accessible to groceries and within a short distance to Premium Outlet.

  The house is nice and well kept. Another plus if the kitchen cabinet and the floor should have been updated to look more modern.

  The host is nice and response immediately.

  We will consider to stay again in the future.

  This property is very spacious. Spite the game room lacked balls for games that's in the room, it was the highlight of our gatherings. We had a blast with the karaoke. The guess house is a great. Slide and swings for the little ones was nice to have. The host was very responsive and pleasant. The only down side is the hot tub is not working and the certain items in the house needs to be fix or updated. I do recommend you stay here with your family. It was 17 of us an our family dog.

• A fair start for a new listing, but could use some improvements

  The property itself was big and spacious with plenty of parking, but it was right off the main road. The house accommodated my family well enough and allowed us to get together after years of not seeing each other. It was close to many different activities that we wanted to do - lake, fishing, paintball, biking, horseback riding, etc.There were a few selling points of this house (that swayed our decision to stay here) that were disappointing, with improvements to these I think the house would set better expectations for guests and improve on its rating. We were notified the day of that the hot tub stopped working the day before, so we could not utilize this amenity. The game room had plenty of options for entertainment. However, the karaoke equipment was not complete (no microphone or proper equipment/program?), there were missing foosball balls and air hockey pucks, no triangle rack for pool, there was no AC in the Game Room (it was over 95 degrees out), and one of the dryers did not work. In the kitchen of the main house, the dishwasher did not work and there was mold in the brew basket that was left by previous guests. We could have used more blankets and towels for the number of guests the house is said to accommodate. We were lucky that we brought extra air mattresses because the house did not provide any. We did find that the couches pulled out to beds, but we did not have sheets for them. We were able to talk to the owner and property manager but none of our issues could really be resolved for when we were staying there. He did let us know that we were able to check in early which was nice since we had family that flew in from out of town and arrived early. Being able to have our pets at the house was also a deciding factor for this house.I hope they are able to improve on this feedback.
