  This property is very spacious. Spite the game room lacked balls for games that's in the room, it was the highlight of our gatherings. We had a blast with the karaoke. The guess house is a great. Slide and swings for the little ones was nice to have. The host was very responsive and pleasant. The only down side is the hot tub is not working and the certain items in the house needs to be fix or updated. I do recommend you stay here with your family. It was 17 of us an our family dog.

• A fair start for a new listing, but could use some improvements

  The property itself was big and spacious with plenty of parking, but it was right off the main road. The house accommodated my family well enough and allowed us to get together after years of not seeing each other. It was close to many different activities that we wanted to do - lake, fishing, paintball, biking, horseback riding, etc.There were a few selling points of this house (that swayed our decision to stay here) that were disappointing, with improvements to these I think the house would set better expectations for guests and improve on its rating. We were notified the day of that the hot tub stopped working the day before, so we could not utilize this amenity. The game room had plenty of options for entertainment. However, the karaoke equipment was not complete (no microphone or proper equipment/program?), there were missing foosball balls and air hockey pucks, no triangle rack for pool, there was no AC in the Game Room (it was over 95 degrees out), and one of the dryers did not work. In the kitchen of the main house, the dishwasher did not work and there was mold in the brew basket that was left by previous guests. We could have used more blankets and towels for the number of guests the house is said to accommodate. We were lucky that we brought extra air mattresses because the house did not provide any. We did find that the couches pulled out to beds, but we did not have sheets for them. We were able to talk to the owner and property manager but none of our issues could really be resolved for when we were staying there. He did let us know that we were able to check in early which was nice since we had family that flew in from out of town and arrived early. Being able to have our pets at the house was also a deciding factor for this house.I hope they are able to improve on this feedback.

• Too many issues with the rental property.

  Hello VRBO customer service,We are disappointed with the house(listed property) and our stay here as the amenities advertised at his house have not been provided or are not at all functional. We specifically rented this house based on what would be offered for us as a group to relax and spend time together enjoying the game room, hot tub to entertain ourselves.However, the hot tub water temperature only goes to 60 degrees and does not get any warmer. We brought this to Tony's attention on Friday and followed his instructions but there is no change in the water temperature. Hence we have been unable to use it. (we were told that the hot tub was repaired 2 days ago and maybe they forgot to turn on the hot water). The game room is not functional and has no air conditioning. The casino machines, air hockey, Foosball all do not work. The carom board drafts and billiards triangle are missing and hence cannot be used.In addition, per the reservation we are 20 people in all, 14 adults and 6 kids. But the house does not provide enough items for 20 people namely: bath towels, there are no hand towels, cutlery - forks, spoons, coffee mugs, plates, etc. for 20 people.We reached out to Tony & house owner and Evolve the management company on Friday and Saturday for the above so that they could resolve or fix the situation. However, we were informed he could send someone out tomorrow Monday to take a look.The homeowner was very kind and let us check in early and check out late, was willing to listen to our complaints. We are not the type to nitpick every aspect of the house treating it like our home and leaving it following your house rules.We are very disappointed and request a 50% refund since we were not delivered a house for 20 people with the advertised amenities that we booked for our vacation.Please confirm receipt and resolution on the above matter.Thank you,Virendra Dass
