Perfect for the whole family stay
5/5 The whole house includes everything you need for the stay. Very clean and organized inside and outside of the property. The guest contact is so nice and quick in response. We had a very pleasant stay for the weekend, woule like to come back for the future vacation. Definitely highly recommend.

Unsanitary home, major disappointment!!!
1/5 We had rented this home out to celebrate my birthday with some of my close friends. This home rental was a complete disappointment. From the day we walked in we had multiple health hazard and cleanliness issues. We had arrived in the middle of the night and the main door would not open properly; we had to kick the door in order for it to open. In doing so, the door ended up having a small crack on the side. As we were about to go to bed on the first night, we found all three bedrooms had sheets with brown/bloody stains and green marks. It was after an unpleasant night of sleep, that we discovered the sheets were dirty. The next day we saw that the towels were all dirty as well; they had marks on them and smelled musty. The guest coordinator had the cleaning company come to give us new sheets and towels. However, when the cleaning company came they only had two sets of sheets and they didn’t change any of them (they only brought 2 sets of sheets for 2 beds only). Mind you, there are 4 beds in the house. We had to tuck in the 2 new sheets they brought by ourselves. We asked them about the other two dirty bed sheets and she just said we had to wash them ourselves. The house provided only 1 washer pod. We had to go buy our own pods and wash the 2 dirty remaining sheets and put them back on the bed. The company brought brand new towels from the store that we also had to wash ourselves. We looked at the throw blankets provided they had hair on them and smelled like they haven’t bee

- We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home between guests and they make both cleanliness and sanitization top priorities
- When the cleaners came out to check on your concerns, you weren't able to show evidence of any of the claims made, but we were still happy to provide additional linens and towels, that seemed to remain unused throughout your stay
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
