Very Unhappy
1/5 Check in was easy and fast but when we went into the kitchen it was very dirty as well as the fridge and floors. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and kitchen. I sent pictures to the point person who responded immediately and said he would take care of it then I never heard from him again. The BBQ was broken, the process of how to get to the amenities was not easy and fun. We had a year old and he couldn't even be put down because the floors were so dirty. Very disappointing and unhappy especially since we spent over $50 buying cleaning products, socks, and slippers for everyone.

Nice house for a getaway
4/5 The house was a nice size for 6 adults and enough parking in the driveway. It was in the woods, peaceful and quiet during our stay. The local contact was helpful when we had a few questions. The house was clean and it was great having a grill to cook dinner. There are a few things that we noticed during our stay that could be improved; need more then 1 skillet to cook in, there are no kitchen towels, no wash clothes in the bathrooms, there is 1 TV but no cable, the house rules hanging in the house need updated, and there was a good amount of trash on the ground around the outside trash when we arrived.
