  My party of ten, consisting of six adults and four children, recently spent an incredible week at Villa Juana nestled in the gorgeous Pocono Mountains. From the moment we pulled into the drive, it was apparent that Villa Juana was more than just a vacation rental - it was a luxurious home away from home. Everything about the house met or surpassed our expectations, aligning perfectly with the descriptions and photos.The interior design of the house struck a delightful balance between rustic charm and contemporary comfort. The layout was perfect for our group, with ample space for both communal interactions and privacy, allowing for the adults to unwind while the children enjoyed their own play space.Villa Juana truly stood out in terms of amenities. The outdoor deck areas, hot tub and game room added to the overall enjoyment. One of our vacation highlights was the fantastic lake in the vicinity. It was a haven for outdoor fun. Our days were filled with sun-soaked afternoons of swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Villa Juana’s location was a perfect cherry on top. Nestled in a friendly, welcoming community, it is perfectly located in the Pocono area. It provided a tranquil environment for rest and relaxation, while still offering easy access to a range of local attractions and shops.In a nutshell, our stay at Villa Juana was an exceptional experience and a true jem in the Pocono area. We will definitely return next year for sure.

  The interior design of the house struck a delightful balance between rustic charm and contemporary comfort. The layout was perfect for our group, with ample space for both communal interactions and privacy, allowing for the adults to unwind while the children enjoyed their own play space.

  From the plush and comfortable beds to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Villa Juana truly stood out in terms of amenities. The outdoor deck areas, which provided a stunning view of the surrounding scenery, quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

  Away from of the house, we were equally impressed by the community center. It was a treasure trove of recreational facilities and activities. The children enjoyed every minute at the community pool , lake, and playground, while the adults appreciated the well-maintained grounds and restaurant. A special shout-out to the center's staff, who were always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist.

  Dining at the local restaurant was an experience in itself. Serving a delightful variety of options, every meal was a culinary pleasure. The restaurant staff were warm and professional, accommodating all our special requests with a smile. From the casual lunches to the more intimate dinners, every dish was presented beautifully and tasted just as good as it looked.

  Villa Juana’s location was a perfect cherry on top. Nestled in a friendly, welcoming community, it is perfectly located in the Pocono area. It provided a tranquil environment for rest and relaxation, while still offering easy access to a range of local attractions and shops.

  In a nutshell, our stay at Villa Juana was an exceptional experience and a true jem in the Pocono area. We will definitely return next year for sure.

• Infested with Roaches

  Under any circumstance don’t stay here. The home does not look like the pictures. First pull up, The grass was not mowed, the house definitely needs some TLC. There were old grills just thrown in the backyard. Inside there were dead bugs in the carpets, clumps of hair all over the floors. The screen doors do not close properly, the AC upstairs was leaking all over everything curtains stained yellow from the water and to top it off we saw at least 2 roaches while staying there. The owner had pest control on speed dial but claims they never had an issue. My family including 2 little children immediately vacated the property after we saw them and neither the owner or evolve will provide any sort of refund because we did not take a picture of the roaches instead they consider it rectified because the owner offered an exterminator to come and I guess its expected that my family stay there after pest control sprays the home. Anyway do yourself a huge favor don’t stay here.

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience as seen in prior reviews, we take great pride in cleanliness and strive to always provide a clean and safe space for our guests, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, which is also reflected in our listing reviews. In addition, as seen in the listing, we provide two grills in the backyard, one propane, and one charcoal. We can assure you and our future guests there are no other grills thrown around on the property, so this comment is confusing.
  - When you reached out during your stay, you reported you saw one insect. Our property is located in the woods, and as a precautionary measure, the home is treated by a professional exterminator on a monthly basis. Our exterminator went to the property promptly and confirmed no signs of roaches or insect infestation were found.
  - The air conditioning units were installed one year ago and were recently serviced. We can confirm that they are not leaking. Your request for a refund was denied due to the issues you brought to our attention were unfounded.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Nice little getaway

  This was a nice place to get away with family and friends..just the right amount of space for the ten of us….the beds were pretty comfy..we had a fun time playing pool…and even got to enjoy the hot tub!which was my favorite …I love all the personal little touches throughout the house that made it feel cozy and like home..there was plenty of pots pans dishes and utensils to enjoy our meals and most of all Juana our host was very helpful and quick to respond

  Pots, pans tons of dishes and glasses. Games and books for the kids. Housecwas very clean everything maintain. Whoever books this house has a gem. Thank you Juana for sharing your home with my family
