  My family of 6 had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful, clean, stocked with all amenities and in a convenient location! We will definitely be reaching out to stay again!

  I've never done an "Airbnb" type rental before so I was a little apprehensive at first. But Brendan was very patient and responsive and answered all of my questions throughout.

  The condo was stunning, everything new and clean, with top of the line appliances and furnishings throughout. The choice of flooring made it easy to keep the condo clean during our stay. The 3 floor layout was perfect for our group, giving us all plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to make a full family dinner. Linens were plentiful. Climate control was spot on, with separate controls for each room. Washer and dryer were super convenient, as was the small desk in the living room. It's clear that Brendan paid great attention to detail while furnishing and stocking this condo!

  And the location was ideal. 5 doors down from the slopes made it easy to go out or come back in for food/ rest breaks, or even just to enjoy morning coffee on the back patio watching the slopes. We definitely hope to return in the future!

  Everything about the stay was good except the heating was not enough downstairs. It was pretty cold. The bathroom in the kitchen also was really odd. But overall it was a pleasant stay and loved the location of this place. It was right in the heart of all the Camelback activities. Will surely consider for future stay.

  From the owner: "Thanks for your review. Glad you enjoyed the stay. We learned the crawl space heater was not functioning in December and that has an impact on the heat downstairs. We upgraded it and now have remote access to it. All heaters are brand new and we have not had a problem keeping it warm since it was upgraded. Also, the bathroom in the kitchen has a radiator that can turned on from the wall."

  From the owner: “Thank you for your review. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry that the downstairs was a little cold. We believe it was due to a temporary issue with the crawl space heater which we learned about thereafter. Since we got the heater up and going, we have not had any problems keeping the downstairs nice and warm. All the units have a small bathroom in the kitchen unless they removed the main floor bathroom. We decided to keep it. Even though it is small, it is renovated and functional."

• Nice Ski Unit

  We very much enjoyed our winter stay at the townhome. Great location for young kids to get onto the slope. Spacious and clean home. Plenty of parking. Outside steps were a bit tough to lug all my small kids’ bags, my wife’s heavy bags and little one’s pack n play, but also a good workout for dad! We could see this as a family repeat for next year.
