CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1439
- Guests must register their cars, names, and number of children with security prior to arrival. At least 2 days prior to check-in, please email the license plate numbers for all vehicles, the first and last names of each adult, and the number of children on the reservation to mytai4@icloud.com. Failure to register can lead to a ticket or being towed
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Set the thermostats: in the winter; Leave heaters at 60 degrees and the basement at 65 degrees; in the summer; leave AC at 75 degrees
- Turn off all indoor lights and the fireplace. Leave the front door porch light on
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
