Pittsburgh Graduation
3/5 Location was challenging due to traffic. We had to pay for 5 nights even though we only stayed 3 nights. We were told that we missed the deadline to make a change (our request was one week before arrival).

- The cancellation policy for each booking is communicated to guests before checkout, enabling them to assess if the policies align with their needs. Unfortunately, when you reached out to modify the booking, it was beyond the permissible timeframe for changes. We encourage guests to thoroughly review this information to understand when they need to finalize their plans.

5/5 We stayed at the property for a few weeks. The owner Nikky was an outstanding host, always checking in with us and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. When we reported an issue with the dishwasher, she replaced the entire dishwasher the next day! The place itself was exactly as pictured in the listing, has been fully renovated and was clean. The location is a bit tricky with a busy road out front, but parking is easy across the street and not a lot of noise in the bedrooms. And it was easy to get to both Pitt and downtown. Thanks Nikky for being such a great host!

Dads recovery
5/5 We had a very pleasant stay ,the owner was great on responding right back. It was very clean and convenient. Had everything we needed, plus some. Was a little hesitant on the area , ended up being somewhat peaceful for us. Something we needed after being at the hospital all day.
