Tons of space with parking
5/5 Beautiful newly built home with tons of space and garage parking for one car. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Although the ad says to park an additional car behind the garage, we don't recommend it because the space in the back is a traditional city alley size and you will block your neighbor from backing out of their garage and you could be towed.

Nice townhome - Needs attention
3/5 I was sent the code to check in and it didn’t work at the front or garage door. Called the property manager and she gave me a new code to front but didn’t get one for the garage until much later. The kitchen has almost nothing in it. Two glasses, no cups for coffee at all. Spoons and forks but no knives of any kind. It was listed there were paper towels and trash bags. There were not. Called manager and got plastic cups, trash bags and paper towels the next day. Never got cups for hot drinks while we were there. The “couch” seats three as a gracious number. There is no other living area seating, leaving two of us to sit in uncomfortable kitchen chairs any time we were there. The blinds in the master bedroom don’t work so you can see into it at all times. There is no furniture in the downstairs area at all.
The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels/linens. It’s just disappointing that a rental for 6 people doesn’t have a place for even 4 people to sit, more than two to have a glass, no mugs or knives at all. Very sparse provisions to say the least. We had family stay in this neighborhood last year and were excited to stay here. It was not the same as the well stocked and furnished place they stayed.
