No hot water
2/5 We were in Philly for the rocky run and having no hot water to shower or take a tub(no plug as well) was not a great look. The rest of the place was ok.

Our unit is equipped with an instant hot water system accessible via the water thermostat, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their liking. Regrettably, without communication or a request for assistance, it becomes challenging for us to address any issues. We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests and appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns promptly.
