Close to Jefferson East Falls
5/5 Needed a place to stay when we brought our child to college. Nice location close to the campus and within driving distance to shops and dining. We felt unsure about the upstairs unit having access to stairs into the downstairs unit and there not being a door to lock at the bottom (we stayed on the bottom unit) but otherwise felt safe and comfortable.

Cute but noisy
3/5 Pros: nicely decorated, great WiFi, AC and W/D, quiet neighborhood, free parking spotCons: It’s a basement that’s been renovated so while the ceiling looks cool, there’s no insulation and you can hear everything - every footstep, cough, microwave beep, and conversation - from upstairs even when they are trying to be quiet; not really near anything so you def need a car, and NO STOVE even though it says “kitchen with cooking basics”.It’s a pretty space, but so noisy it just didn’t work for me to get work done.

We take our listing accuracy seriously and we have since confirmed that we list a "KITCHENETTE: Well-equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker, dishware & flatware, microwave, spices, toaster oven" but do not list stove as an available amenity, we do also disclose that other traveler may be present during your stay in the other available rental, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
