• Nice property but we needed some help

  Overall, this is a great house and spacious. For our family get together we needed multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. This checked all those boxes and thus reason for booking this. It was nice for everyone to get a bedroom and kids to get their own room. Property is located in nice quiet location. We can see the pond/lack in back year (property is not on the lack).

  On day-1 we face some air condition issue; we were able to contact the host and the host got it addressed the next day morning. Which was great.

  We also faced some water leak in basement bathroom (plain water on floor), host informed us that someone will come to look at it, however, no one showed up and host did not update back. That was disappointing, as we wound up not using that bathroom, which effectively reduced to two bathrooms.

  We felt few little things could have improved our stay – for example in one bathroom (main floor) there was no body soap and in other bathrooms the bath soap dispenser did not work. Minor inconveniences and we managed fine.

• Beautiful Pocono Getaway

  We had an amazing stay. The location of this beautiful house is ideal for the perfect Pocono getaway. Very Clean with a Mordern aesthetica, bright and airy. The house is exactly like the pictures online which was very important to us because we have stayed at other places that was the opposite. If I'm being completely honest the pictures doesn't do it enough justice. Very spacious, great for large groups and families. Check in and Check out instructions were easy. The house was equipped with enough towels and linens, pots and pans, dinner sets, coffee pods you name it. We were about 12 minutes from Kalahari. 6 minutes for a mini mall with a grocery store and other stuff. We will be visiting again during the summer months. We can't wait.

  When first arriving things seemed good or as expected, but the back screen door you enter doesn’t stay shut allowing cold air in if you don’t close the main door. Then once looking around we noticed a very large water pocket in the ceiling of the downstairs basement, which we immediately emailed them about with pictures. However, our stay got worse when we had sewer issues for two days with 15 people trying not to use the water. This was not our favorite trip.

  We were surprised to receive your feedback. We immediately sent over a plumber when you reported sewage issues, the plumber found non-flushable materials from your group even though you may not have done that intentionally. While we apologize for the issues you encountered, we feel that the refund was a fair resolution. We will look into your concerns with the door and the basement ceiling.
