"Bait and Switch"
1/5 Don't know where to start. VRBO showing the house on the web-site and then sticking us in the basement was unethical. Sleeps eight? Two futon beds is ridiculous; never used them. Two people in our group had to go to a hotel. Spa never heated up, outside grille was dirty. No sink in kitchen (against code by the way), one bathroom, etc. Credit card company will be contacted.
