CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- At least 24 hours prior to arrival, please give the Guest Contact the name on your booking, how many total guests will be staying, how many total vehicles, and the make, model, and license plate number of each vehicle. They will register your vehicle with the HOA in order for you to receive the community passes
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1909
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take bagged trash to the Brier Crest Woods Community Office for disposal. Please take parking permits with you upon departure to access the trash disposal
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- If the heater was used, please set all thermostats to 55 degrees
- Guests are required to leave the wristbands inside the unit before departing
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Close all blinds
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
