Beaver falls
4/5 We rented it for thanksgiving and had a large group, the sleeping arrangements were good. The owner was very good about communication, check-in and other issues. The house is old, but with new kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is urban, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Nice, big house, centrally located
4/5 Everything was great. We had a nice vacation and the house fit all our needs. The house is very centrally located and within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, etc. Only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was that the title of the listing says “With Fire Pit” however there was no fire pit. Also, we wanted to cook steaks for everyone but there was no grill. Other than that, the house was great.

Home away from home!
5/5 This property is in a convenient location with stores and restaurants in close proximity. The owner was attentive to our needs and promptly responded each time I had questions or needs. The interior was cozy and spacious. If our family plans another trip to Beaver Falls to ride ATVs at Mines and Meadows, we would definitely book this property again.
