Dirty and unable to get in
1/5 There werewolves bags and bags of garbage under the stairs out back where we were suppose to let the dogs out. The furniture was shabby and ripped, no head boards and we had to get a hotel the first night because we couldn’t get in and the next day I took hours to get inWe didn’t stay there

Family Christmas Vacation
3/5 Property needed some TLC, kitchen equipment , stencils and pots need replacement. Refigerator was not cleaned. Floor needed to be mop. Trash cans were already filled in the outside. Linen closet was not organize.

Plenty of room
5/5 Everything was great was only 4 of us felt like a mansion . definitely has room for big families.our host was great and always helped with anything.parking lot was right around the corner.will definitely stay again.thank you

The Right Fit
5/5 The property was exactly what we needed. Great location to walk & grab a bite and close enough to attend our event so that we could all Uber for a decent price. Would recommend for large families & would also stay again.

Unsafe frat house and no follow up
1/5 The handrail and steps to the backyard are unsafe. This listing should be pulled until those issues are resolved. I had to hand carry our dogs one at a time down the back stairs as they were too steep for them to safely navigate. I almost fell several times with three broken steps and lose handrail. The decor and home could use some TLC and updating. It felt like we were staying in a frat house. The owner was very nice but the safety issues outweighed the charm and responsiveness of the owner. We left two days early and went to a hotel. I called the owner to notify them as well as the management company. They have done nothing to follow up. I am very disappointed. My family and I own our own short term rental property in Washington state and I would never rent a unit in the shape this was in.
