RENTERS BEWARE!
1/5 While renting this property my family dealt with the poorest management we ever experienced. THE PICTURES LIE. The property does not look like that. Major maintenance is needed. HOWEVER much to our discomfort this property was FILTHY. The bathrooms were not clean there was hair and scum in the showers. We needed shower shoes. The bathroom in the basement had black mold growing on the walls. Which is a health hazard. It made the property smell. The bedsheets WERE NOT WASHED from the last renters! There were bodily fluid stains crumbs and dirt in between the bedsheets of every bed. It was disgusting. We had to wash them ourselves. The floors were sticky and dirty no way they were vacuumed or mopped before we arrived. Dirt stuck to our feet. There were smudges all over the walls. Cobwebs. Dirty dishes. A bathroom door didn’t close. Fridge door opens on its own. The cable and WiFi barely worked. Lawn was overgrown. Window screens laying in the lawn. Considering they charge you so much in cleaning fees and they state they need 6 hours to clean made us think it would be clean at least. For almost $1000 a night this shouldn’t have been a problem. We contacted the property manager about it who did nothing and just gave us a number to contact or forwarded our messages. We contacted the cleaning services who gave us a difficult time. They promised they would send someone out to finish the cleaning and never did. Then blamed the filth on us and gaslit us after we had reached out again. Even after we sent them pictures. The cleaning service even said they do not have clean sheets to switch out for the dirty ones and they had no fabric softener. So we took that as the sheets weren’t washed. The cleaning service sent their own pictures of proof that the property was cleaned but not all of the shower curtains in the pictures were opened to see if they were actually clean. And the beds were made so you couldn’t see if the sheets were dirty. No close ups of the floors either. We contacted the 24/7 help team whose number was posted on the property. After taking all of our information and hearing us out stated they were NOT actually taking care of that property and could do nothing. Why was that number posted at the property then? We felt lied to and blamed. No one helped us by the end of our stay. No communication skills and services extremely unprofessional. Do not rent from them, they have other properties too under this owner so I’m sure it’s the same with them.

1/5 It was the worst owner never reply to my messages . TVs never turned on. Is like an abandoned house very very bad shape. The kitchen and deck are not the ones in the pictures. The deck is almos falling apart .idk how can list something like this . Couldn’t go to the beach,pool, or around because the wrist bands were over due. Kids wanted to go to the beach and we couldn’t. IS THE WORST! Don’t rent this . Everything was plastic. And the bathrooms were nasty and the towels smell dirty. All the house had a bad smell. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE .

Potential but Not yet worth it
2/5 The stay started off with difficulty unlocking the key code. When asked if a little check out was possible the response was "we're booked back to back." After checking online and questions we.found out that was untrue. All the windows and doors were extremely cheap, the sliding glass door didnt work. This is a.clearly.a company running the house as there is the cheapest available amenities. They locked the AC and Water to save money. I currently would not recommend this property mostly based of the communication and set expectations.

Good Place for large group
5/5 Everything is a good facility to stay for a few days. However Electronic productssuch as TVs were too old for more than 10 years. There were no battery covers for a few remote control, the dining table chair was old, the door lock in the living room was broken, the bed I slept on was old and creaks. and screen on the window was torn. It's a good place for large group overall,but owner need to change some furniture and electronic products such as TV.
