Family stay
4/5 We were Gramma, mom, dad and three teens. The rental home location was in Newport, close to shops and restaurants but not on a main street. the home was well maintained and adequate. the fact that it was on three floors was bit difficult for Gramma, but she did fine on the main floor. The home was ready for us when we got there, and our needs were met all the way thru the visit.

Great location, house could use some freshening up
4/5 The location was great, we enjoyed being able to walk to breakfast and dinner. The view of the beach and ocean was fantastic, and it was amazing to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun set! The house could use a little sprucing up, and did not look exactly like the pictures. The house has a very musty smell (overwhelming) and the furnishings are worn. The washer and dryer is behind a door that says staff only, even though the VRBO listing stated there was a washer and dryer available for use. Overall it was a nice stay.
