Nice place
4/5 Overall a very nice place. We usually cook quite a bit while traveling and the stocked kitchen was very helpful.
Only critiques are the home is on a busy road, so it isn’t really tranquil or quiet and the sheets are sweaty from synthetic materials. Same with the mattress pad. I had to remove it as it was quite uncomfortable. Aside from these things, all good.

We chose this as the mattress pad and pillow covers were hypo-allergenic. This is our first season, so we appreciate the advice and will be seeking out other material in the future to use. 3/5 House is an older home and decorated nicely.
Floors have lots of soft spots meaning you can feel the laminate sink when you step on it.
Biggest surprise was the landscape. It was desperately needing to be mowed and driveway needs to be weeded. Not appealing at all from the street.

Hi Steve, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- This is an older home, as the photos on the listing show. Overall, the laminate flooring is in good condition. We acknowledge that in one section of the hallway, the pad underneath has shifted, causing a small area to "give" when stepped on. However, the subfloor is structurally solid.
- During spring in this part of Oregon, grass and weeds grow very quickly, which is common around town. We understand how important peace and privacy are for our guests, so we try to schedule yard care around guest bookings, which can be tricky. We also keep our guests with pets and children in mind before we use any products on the lawn, as safety is our top priority. The yard was mowed and work was done on the driveway a week and a half before your check-in. As we shared with you, we had another service planned for later in the day after your check-out.
We do all we can to provide an excellent guest experience and we look forward to hosting many happy visitors.
