Gold Beach
4/5 The house was nice, clean. My only comment would be you need to replace the futon in bedroom #2 with a real bed. Futons are notoriously uncomfortable. Especially when you are somewhat older. My friend didn't realize it was a futon until the whole thing tipped over and he ended up on the floor. other then that everything was good.

Cute Cottage close to everything
4/5 Our stay at 11622326 on June 25-27, 2023 was very enjoyable. We appreciated that the owner thought about the needs of renters and had plenty of dishes etc. The cottage was very clean, and we also appreciated the very nice linens. It was so nice to return to the cottage at night knowing we were going to have a very good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. The owner has decorated the cottage nicely in a beachy theme, of course. The only downside I could mention is the steep stairs going down to the basement, not good for very tall teenagers or older citizens. Fortunately, we were not there long and really didn't need to go downstairs.
Charming, Cozy & Centrally Located
5/5 I’ve stayed in this property from another booking site and love this home. It’s very charming, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet and private backyard when you feel like staying home.
The location is great for walking to local markets, restaurants and shops. There’s many beautiful beaches and scenic rivers within a short drive in just about every direction. Local restaurants featuring the local seafood are a real treat.
The owner is great to work with and was very accommodating with my complicated circumstances during a permanent transition to living in the area. I would highly recommend!
