Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

OSU move in weekend
5/5 This property is designed well for probably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was easy to work in. Lots of natural light and cozy patio in back. Nice location close to river and park.

Nice neighbor and convenient walk to river
4/5 We enjoyed our short stay here. The only slight negative was a little confusion on entering the property. While the property owner was very responsive and got us in within a few minutes, communication with Evolve was quite disappointing. The property was very clean and functional and a short walk to the river for a nice walk. We would stay here again.

Just Fine
4/5 This property was just fine. Great neighborhood, great location, it checked most boxes. It just needed a bit more warmth. We were hardly there except to sleep and eat a few meals so it took care of us just fine. If I had cause to be there more it would have been nice to have the decorating be more welcoming and comfortable.
