Festival Stay
5/5 We had 8 adult people stay and there was plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was perfect with all the pots and pans that we needed. We used the grill and had a fantastic lunch. Should we return to the area we would book this house again.

Cutest Lakehouse ever!
5/5 We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful Lakehouse!
Melody, the host, was amazing! She was so friendly and easy to work with, covered all the details, and went above and beyond with a welcome gift and s’mores setup! Our girls loved it all!
The house was perfect for our family of 5. There were plenty of options for spaces to sleep. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, plenty of puzzles and games to play, cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch with, a cute coffee and tea bar that was fully stocked, comfortable beds, and really nice decor and furniture. Everything was so nice and clean! She even had a basket of items we could use in case we forgot anything! It was the perfect lakehouse to relax and enjoy family time together.
The gated neighborhood that the house is in is adorable! All the lake houses are so cute, there are multiple ponds, an awesome tram you can sit in and ride down to the boat docks (our kids loved that!), and even a small community pool! There’s beautiful greenery everywhere and we enjoyed taking a walk each night thru the community. Everything felt extremely clean and safe.
We enjoyed fishing off the boat dock, and at the ponds, and enjoyed making nightly s’mores back at the fire pit.
The location was awesome, so
close to the water and anything we needed was just a couple minutes away at the grocery store.
We rented a 6 person paddle board at Duck Creek Marina (about 15 minutes away), which was a blast! We also went to dinner at the Drunkin Rooster, where we could sit outside to eat and the kids could play on the playground, volleyball court, lawn games, etc…
We had the best time at the lakehouse and can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Melody, for everything!
Great community and house
5/5 Wonderful place on grand lake. The house had great amenities plus some cold waters & a welcome gift waiting for us. The community was fun for our family with fishing ponds and our kids enjoyed fishing and playing off the dock. It felt like a Seaside community. It was only an hour drive from Tulsa which was very convenient.
