Perfect location
5/5 My Grandsons wrestled in the Kick off classic and this house was in the perfect location and had everything you could need for a short stay.

Roaches
2/5 The property manager at Evolve was great, however, the property had roaches. We found them alive and dead inside and alive outside. They were on the floor, in the kitchen crawling on things and outside on the back porch and backyard. The property manager offered to bring bug spray and worked with the property owner to try and get us a refund. She was great but the owner was not as concerned and didn’t take it as seriously as we felt necessary.
Location was great and close to the fairgrounds where we needed to be. After the bug situation we wouldn’t stay again. Had it not been for that we would’ve.
