  Cabin was nice but not the amount we paid for it nice. The fireplace and TV on back deck did not work, and seeing other reviews they have known this for a while. Also, weeds all around. Kids play area was right in the weeds. The porch lights did not work, was told they were solar but they didn't work. Wifi password not written clearly, but the contact person did email back quickly when we reached out. The game/kids bunk room was poorly lit. The roads into cabin were awful.

  -We acknowledge that the fireplace starter may need reactivation, especially since it's located outside. Our maintenance team has confirmed that it is in proper working order, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth experience.
  -Regarding the issue with the TV, we regret that you did not inform us of this during your stay, as we would have promptly dispatched our maintenance team to address it. Upon inspection, our maintenance personnel have confirmed that the TV is in working condition, and we are uncertain about the nature of the problem.
  -The porch light is designed to be photosynthetic and automatically activated during the night. We will certainly inspect it to ensure that it functions properly and address any issues as needed.
  -The game room has additional lighting available on the side, which might not have been readily apparent to the guest.
  -It's important to note that the road conditions in the vicinity are beyond our control. The type of roads you encounter is typical for Broken Bow cabins, and we want to ensure that you are aware of this.

  Very well maintained.. only thing is you need to drive on Rocks for more than a mile to reach the house..

  Great place, home away from home. The Host were awesome, the cabin is the perfect home away from home. Would definitely come back to this cabin.

  wonderful cabin, very secluded and quiet, great floorplan, great back porch, great hot tub, great amenities

  Issues: toaster was broken, no dressers in bedrooms, the window shades were difficult to operate, weeds in the backyard area around the kids playscape were too tall and there was poison ivy nearby.

  there were lots of flies in the house for some reason the first day, we couldn't figure where they were coming from.

  The horseshoe game pit was too close to the septic system and smelled bad.

  The way the wifi password was presented at the cabin was hard to read and difficult to understand and we didn't have internet for first day.
