Not A Clean Property
2/5 We stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived the code they gave us to the door did not work. It took us an hour and 45 min. to get into the house. The property manager only called us back after the neighbor was able to get in contact with the owner. After we got the correct code we advised the property manager that the batteries were almost dead in the lock to the door. She said just leave it unlocked. I didn't want to but had no choice. As for the property. There was $160 in fees. it was not clean. Molded dishes in the dishwasher, expired food in the fridge, molded kitchen rags on the sink, I walked through 4 spider webs inside the house, smoke detectors laid out with no batteries, and urine stained wall in the bathroom. After we got home from the lake the thermostat was turned up to 78 and it took an hour to cool the house down before we could sleep. We should not have been charged $160 in cleaning and service fees if we was given a dirty property to begin with.
