  This house offers lots of space and gorgeous lake views. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is great for cooking, and great table space for family food and games. The location sits right next to golf and food. Management is very kind and easy to get ahold of.

  We rented this house for labor day weekend. The house exceeded our expectations. We have been going to Grand Lake for years and this has been our favorite home so far and so much that we would like to buy it if it was for sale.

  Spacious, clean, sleeps 13 plus, comfortable furniture, great TV's! The Kitchen was equipped with everything and Im a chef so I would know. Great side yard for extra gatherings and activities, location perfect close to pizza, coffee, gas, meat market, bars, liquor store, restaurants and more. The house stayed very cool and the view is one of the best I have seen at grand lake. The deck is much larger than in the pictures and has two of the most comfortable day beds ever!

  BOOK NOW this home will not disappoint. Five stars for sure!

  Large beautiful home overlooking the lake. Property was just as advertised. We were there on a fishing trip and everything went well. Would be happy to stay there again.

  The stay started off a bit rough with the code that was provided in the confirmation email not working. We then had to call all the contacts in order for us to finally get into the property. We also needed to ask for towels and wash clothes. There was only 5 or so provided when there was 16 people. Also we had limited other items that we had to purchase(ex: paper towel, hand soap and toilet paper) I have stayed at a few other VRBO properties and it was fully furnished. We also were limited to only one TV in the house that worked. One fire stick for the whole house is not condusive for such a large group.

  Stephanie, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We've confirmed that the pre-stay email was sent to you before your arrival, which included detailed check-in instructions and other information about the property. We’ve verified that the access code provided is correct. We are happy to hear you were able to successfully enter the property and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
  
  - Our cleaners overlooked the number of towels provided and once aware they immediately brought the additional towels to the property to accommodate your party. This was an honest mistake and has not happened in the past. We hope you understand we tried to remedy the issue as promptly as possible.
  
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
  
  - We have 3 TVs available for use in our home. On the day of your arrival, one TV had issues connecting with the internet and we were able to remedy the situation by using the firestick from one of our other TVs until the connection synced with the TV. We apologize this did not meet your expectations.
  
  As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers.
