Decent townhouse
3/5 The property was updated inside. The outside was completely overgrown with vines to the point that indows could not be opened. The porch and porch furniture was so dirty as to be unusable. The back entry stoop was filthy, with chicken wing bones strewn about, and a full trash can that appeared to have been there for a very long time. The location was very convenient.

– We understand that the overgrown vines may not have been to your liking. While some guests enjoy the natural aesthetic, we apologize that this didn't align with your preferences.
– The porch furniture you mentioned belongs to the neighboring unit, so we have limited control over its upkeep. To avoid any confusion, we’ll move these chairs closer to the neighboring property.
– It's important to note that the back door must remain closed at all times, with the main entry through the front door only. We're sorry about any debris left on the back entry stoop, and our cleaning team has been alerted to thoroughly check and maintain this area going forward.
– Due to local pickup schedules, there can occasionally be a delay between guest checkouts and trash removal, especially with back-to-back bookings. However, our team consistently removes any indoor trash between stays to ensure the home is fresh upon arrival.
