    After going to our first rental on july 6 and finding standing water and Black mold in basement, we tried to contact owner to no avail. I immediately went on line with VRBO and was able to pay for another rental 1 hour away that was available the next day. You were a savior to our vacation. It was a wonderful place. I am still trying to get a refund from the first rental after submitting photos to them as they asked. Thnx again for saving our family vacation.
