Perfect Location
5/5 We really enjoyed this property! We had two families and stayed in the upper and lower home. Extremely clean and close to everything. The beach access across the street was so perfect. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed, from the kitchen items (coffee pods/creamer) to the little snacks provided, water and ice in the fridge. The front porch was so nice to be able to sit outside and relax. Highly recommend this house and hope to be back!
Clean and cozy
5/5 We had a lovely time staying at the apartment. Everything we needed. Really handy to have washer and dryer and even laundry detergent. Inn keepers were friendly, responsive and helpful. Great location, walk to coffee, shops, beach and bakeries. The deck was our favorite spot, nice Lake breeze. Plenty of good restaurants around and even a brewery.

5/5 This property has the perfect location and vibe for me when I come to town to visit family. The hosts are great people who take excellent care of this wonderful, cozy place. Any future trips that I make to Ashtabula will start with me seeing if this is available and then making the reservation!

Hello Happy Place
5/5 We came in for a family event, and other favorite activities for the area. I was sad that I had to leave because I love to chill , and this is the spot for it! I could have stayed forever with the view, the neighborhood is gorgeous, the balcony , the artwork in the house! I could go on and on! Ashtabula is a gem, Geneva on the Lake, Walnut Beach, Lake Shore Park, Salvatos Pizza, Covered Bridges, and so very much more! Will rent this place over, and over again!
