My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe and compfortable. The directions on how to care for home was easily understood and easy to follow. We came together for my brother's memorial service and it was a good meeting place to fellowship. The owner of the home was very nice and responded very quickly if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area and recommend it to others.

Upon entering the property it looked really nice. Looks can be deceiving. The ceiling vents were filthy. The baseboard heaters were missing covers. the baseboard heaters paint was cracked and peeling off. The ceiling fans with lights in the bedroom and dining room did not work. Had to rely on the kitchen light to be enough to light the dining table, it wasn't. There was no curtain or blinds on the sliding glass door to the back yard. so no privacy from the neighbors.The bathroom was the worst hack remodeling job I have ever seen. I've been doing remodeling for over 45 years. The toilet only had about 24 inches of clearance between the walls. I had to curl my shoulders in to sit on the toilet. Building codes require a minimum wall clearance of 30 inches. A larger person would not have been able to use the toilet. The toilet leaked sewage on the floor when it flushed. The shower soaked the floor during use due to lack of weather seals. The kitchen sink gargled when the toilet was flushed. The queen bed had a major swale in the center. I had to sleep diagonally and put my head at the foot of the bed to be able to sleep in comfort. The vanity light bar was covered in rust. The kitchen ceiling over the sink had mold spots showing. I don't know who is responsible for returning my money, whether it's the homeowner, Vrbo, or Evolve, but it needs to happen. I rented this property so I was able to attend my mothers funeral. Please respond ASAP. Thank you.

- We were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest stay. We have since been to the property and can confirm the "mold" you mentioned was indeed some splash from a previous guest cooking, this has since been taken care of. We will follow up with our cleaning service to ensure they pay closer attention to detail so future guests do not share the same experience.
- When we heard your concerns, we went to the property and can confirm all covers are in place on the baseboards, so we were confused by this comment, in addition, there is a crack/chip in the paintwork of the baseboard heaters but can assure you this does not impact their functionality. We checked the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and dining room and confirm both are working perfectly, both work by remote control, of which was located on the nightstand in the bedroom and the other was on the dining table, we wish you had reached out to the guest contact, we would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help you locate them.
- You are correct, we do not have window coverings on the side patio door as we do not feel it is needed. The door is to the side of the property that looks out to the fenced-in yard and beyond the fence is an empty lot of land, but we're sorry if this had a negative impact on your stay.
- We take our listing accuracy seriously and use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised, which includes a photo of our recently renovated bathroom, and want to assure you is up to code.
- We were unaware of any issues with the toilet overflowing and the shower soaking the floor and will follow up with our maintenance team and make any necessary repairs.
- We followed up and further investigated the mattress and can confirm that no dip or sagging was found. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
- We hope that the measures taken by both ourselves and Evolve made up for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay.
