Great Location!
5/5 This cozy two bedroom one bath lakefront home met all of our needs! Situated at the quiet, less-developed end of Wanaksink Lake, the home features two kayaks, paddles, life jackets, a rowboat, a fire pit, plenty of wood generously provided by the home owner, a wheelbarrow to transport the wood, Adirondack chairs with seat cushions, fishing poles and a tackle box, an outdoor grill, outdoor shower, and a picnic table with umbrella.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need except food.
There’s a washer and dryer, too.
There’s a tight shower, but the water pressure is good and it gets hot enough.
The air conditioner will cool the entire place, but you need to keep the bedroom doors open to maintain the temperature in them.
We will gladly stay here again in the future!

5/5 We first stayed at this wonderful house in summer 2022 and enjoyed it so much that we booked a return trip in 2024. It was just as delightful, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, beautiful stay by a lake. The host was gracious and responsive and everything was exactly as described. We will almost certainly be returning again!

5/5 We could not be more pleased. The cottage is lovely and well appointed. It was peaceful, restful and beautiful. We will be back to this exact location again. Loved it. The only slight downside is the comfort of the bed. But otherwise, perfect.

Excellence in Simplicity
5/5 We spent our wedding anniversary here dazzled by the lake and autumn changing trees. The quiet and scenery fueled tons of inspiration for us and got our creative juices flowing - we got a ton of great work done. Plus, everything was immaculate, super cozy, and the perfect size for a couple. We took out the boat and built an outdoor fire, watched movies and cooked in the awesome kitchen. A rustic oasis for an incredible getaway. ❤️
