Clean and Convenient
5/5 This was a lovely little home for our weekend getaway. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops in Penn Yann and the owner's were kind enough to recommend wineries for us.

Great little house!
5/5 This is a great house, walking distance to coffee, the diner and other restaurants in Penn Yan village. The kitchen is efficient and well stocked with everything you need for a quick bite for a full meal. The whole house was spotless clean. Convenient to areas of interest for hiking, swimming, wineries and breweries - all just a quick drive away.
Internet was speedy. Good enough for two people who did remote work and video meetings at the same time during our stay.

Cozy Home Away from Home
5/5 We were in town over the weekend for my sisters wedding. The house was cozy and cutely decorated. It was also very clean. We have stayed at several rentals over the years and I have to say this one was stocked with everything you could imagine. It was located close to restaurants, stores and many wineries. The host was friendly and very responsive to my questions. The only downfall was that a couple of the houses nearby weren’t as well taken care of, however we would not hesitate to visit again.
