  We enjoyed our stay so much, it was perfectly located close to Northville Village, accessible to the lake and secluded enough to make you feel comfortable and safe. We can’t wait to come back!

  We loved everything but to make for an even better experience we recommend screens on doors and all windows, outdoor deck seating for four and to run the hot tub motor midnight to 6am. Loft was too warm.

• Nice place but could be great

  It was adequate and the waterfront picnic area was neat. Good location for hiking and relaxing. A bit deceived by photographs - water is a long walk and does not have a hot tub available. Needs more chairs for groups to sit together in the house, had to bring our own inside. Also hard to pay for $200+ cleaning fee and not have trash bags available.

  -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and we can confirm the listing states, Sacandaga River/Great Sacandaga Lake/dock & beach access (100 ft.), a one minute drive and 10 minute walk. Additionally, the listing does state "A hot tub is not available for guest use." We're sorry if this caught you off guard.
  -Our listings are carefully built to reflect our properties in an accurate light and we use professional photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. Guests are encouraged to book a vacation home that suits their needs.
  -As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete reasonable tasks only, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a very reliable and professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest. Our guest contact is always available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence and we encourage our guests to reach out immediately for a most comfortable stay. We would have been happy to bring more trash bags.

• Property manager who really cares

  My husband and I loved our stay. The house was really cozy and comfortable. We loved the kitchen nook and the wood fired stove. Two outside decks made it extra special. But the best part was dealing with Lindsay, the property manager. She responded immediately to all our requests, wirh kindness and generosity. She made us feel really cared for. And we were really appreciative of her allowing us to check out late. We highly recommend this lovely house. We’ll be back!
