  "Newly renovated" does not apply to home at all! Very deceiving! One bathroom on second floor was too small, extremely dirty, smelly..musty shower curtain hanging by chain and screws..all 6 adults forced to use outdoor shower! Rotted wicker chairs on deck..i hurt my back as i fell thru when i tried to sit on. Very unhappy with stay!

  - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised, but we apologize if you felt caught off-guard. The home has new floors, paint, appliances, and countertops, but we'll update the headline to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.
  
  - Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival so we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. If you had concerns about cleanliness, bringing it to our attention during your stay would have helped resolve the issue.
  
  - We have many repeat guests and have received excellent feedback regarding the outdoor shower.
  
  - The chairs on the porch were not rotten, but we were sorry to hear that you hurt your back while in residence. We have inspected all of the furniture and replaced the outdoor chairs.
  
  We truly go above and beyond and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Beautiful Lake Location

  The property is wonderfully located, just 1 mile from the downtown Northville area, close to the Northville boat launch and similarly close to the Sport Island Pub and Thompson's Marina if you are bringing a boat. The house was a perfect lake house feel, well stocked and supplied and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the property very much and would, and hope, to book again.

• Wonderful Lakehouse Location

  The lakehouse was perfect for our stay of 4 adults and 2 kids. We were able to use the dock for our boat (HUGE BONUS) and enjoyed the home, fire pit and LOVED the outdoor shower. The home was stocked with everything we needed and would come back.

• Beautiful Location

  We have been traveling to the Great Sacandaga lake for 25 years. This is the first time we stayed near Northville, a tiny little town that we love in this area, and it was a treat to be so close that we could walk to town. The neighbors were friendly and the home was just the right size for two couples to hang out and enjoy the outside space as well.

• Beautiful Location

  We had a great stay at this location. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The owner was responsive to questions as they came up during and after our stay. And, of course, we love the Great Sacandaga Lake (reservoir), so we would recommend this location to anyone! Especially those that love sunsets!
